TASK RESPONSE.
Hello Thomas,
My name is Jack Kims, Bluegill class of 1999. I am conducting alumni interviews for the University of Bluegill Admissions Office as a volunteer, and I am contacting you because you are registered in the university system for admission. It is good having interest in Bluegill University. My purpose of writing to request for an interview with you.
This alumni interview will be a relaxed, informal conversation. You will simply have to tell me about who you are, and can make any enquiries about the university that I can answer. This interview is not mandatory and thus can be canceled at your convenience.
I am usually free during the weekends, but can also adjust my schedules during the weekend for this interview. Next month I will be on leave so I can have enough time that is convenient for you. Morning hours are usually fine if it is okay with you.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Best wishes,
Kims.
