You should spend about 20 minutes on this task.
You want to sell some of your furniture. You think a friend of yours might like to buy it from you.
Write a letter to your friend. In your letter
• explain why you are selling
• describe the furniture
• suggest a date when your friend can come and see the furniture
Write at least 150 words.
You do NOT need to write any addresses.
Begin your letter as follows:

Dear Fan,
I will be leaving Nanjing and back to my home country after working in China for almost a decade. During the time, I bought a lot of household staff that I am not going back with. You have been visiting me often and know the quality of household Items I have.
I want to sell my leather sofa, that one we usually sit on when you come. You know how dear it is to me and wish it can be bought by a person I know. I bought it from IKEA at a dear price but will sell it at lower past half. You always liked the six sitter dining table, especially that the center glass rotates, I am selling it too. The six by five bed and a lot of kitchen staff from which you can pick. I will give you the carpet and some other staff for free. I want to sell these so I can buy some gifts for my family back home.
